1. Returns

You have 3 days from the date of delivery to return an item for any reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Contact our customer service team at contact page to request a return authorization.
• Pack the item securely in the original packaging.
• Include a copy of the original packing slip or invoice inside the package.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

3. Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed.

Refund times may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

4. Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
• Items with noticeable odors, stains, or damage.
• Clearance or sale items (unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt).

5. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, if the order has already been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
